Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice lounge bar. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Close to Manchester Piccadilly train station.

Perfect Location, beds extremely comfy and spacious! The rooms were spotless clean. Check in was seamless and done within 5 minutes, bar and reception area very chilled and laid back area. Very nice hotel, will definitely return and recommend in the future.
